Disable HelpDesk notifications for New tickets to group


1.       Logon to helpdesk and sign in at https://sssdynamics.cayzu.com/
2.       Top right corner of screen, click your name and choose “settings”
3.       Then click the “notification” TAB

4.       UNCHECK “notify me of new tickets in my group”


You will then just get notifications when a ticket is assigned directly to you. If you have any questions, please email support-IT@sssdynamics.com and create an IT ticket for support.
