"Engineering Drawing Change Request" Custom Field "Drawing#" is no longer required to be filled out to close ticket.

Customized Field "TSD Serial Number" has been added

      On the ticket View, Under the "Status" Drop down, added option for "Customer Approved"

  1. Remove ticket view from right frame (Duplicate info)
  2. Ticket view – Replace full path with shorter link, (cleanup as path is long)
