Find Customer number in CRM
Open CRM and using Menu bar on the right side of the page, navigate to
“Service”, then “Invoiced Items Revenue Accts”
The second column is labeled “Bill To Syteline Customer”
Enter the customer name, and click search
Customer number displays on the first column
